I'm the technical co-founder of the company. I place myself at the intersection of our evolving business model, product efforts, daily operations and our business goals to effectively plan, coordinate and lead product design, delivery and tech operations. Some highlights of my work - Helped design the UI/UX for customer-facing and internal applications of our e-commerce services - Managed product development with a team of 4 developers using Agile/scrum - Implemented features and processes to increase our operational capacity by 300% in 1 year - Designed and developed a scalable and reusable architecture for our logistics platform - Delivered 6 production quality applications on a tight deadline of 7 months
